    Step 2: 1:1 Brainstorming Call

    After submitting the form, book your 20–30 minute Zoom call (via Calendly). We’ll review your responses and clarify key details before I begin crafting your plan.

    Step 3: Payment

    Within 24 hours of scheduling your call, you’ll receive an invoice based on the plan selected in your form. Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to secure your spot and confirm your session.

    Step 4: Plan Creation (5–8 Business Days)

    After our call, I’ll get to work on your custom plan. You’ll receive a PDF via email with:

    • A structured, personalized meal plan

    • Portion guidelines + macro breakdown

    • Grocery list

    • Simple prep tips

    • 4 week custom nutrition plan: $77.00 USD

    • 8 week custom nutrition plan: $107.00 USD

    • 12 week custom nutrition plan: $137.00 USD

    • No Refunds: All custom plans are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these services, no refunds will be issued once payment is made.

    • Payment Policy: Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt to confirm your custom plan session. Unpaid invoices will result in cancellation of your scheduled call.

    • Delivery Time: Custom plans are delivered via email within 5–8 business days after your Zoom call.

    • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your call, please do so at least 12 hours in advance.
